The Spring Vault Tasting is only a month away. Every tasting we work really hard to give you something new and different and we are pretty excited about the line-up for this Vault.
On the Guest Table will be Vine Trail. They have, hands down, got the best selection of Grower Champagne in the UK alongside a serious collection of Jura and Rhone Valley producers.
Sommeliers Gergley Barsi Szabo and Donald Edwards are talking about their project in Tokaj, Hungary BSE Wines. There will be the natural Ciders and Perrys from Gregg’s Pitt which show that these too can be a contender to any wine. Finally to soak up all the booze we have some of France’s best cheeses thanks to Androuet and the finest British cured meats courtesy of The Charcuterie Board.
As usual we like to have a bit of a fun atmosphere and to help us out with some funky tunes we have a playlist put together by Dan Keeling from Noble Rot. We want to hear if Keller and Kraftwerk match.
There are more producers pouring at the tasting than ever before, so we have taken the opportunity to run 3 Masterclasses for the first time.

2) 14.00 – 14.45 An insight into new wave German varietals
Organic producer Hans-Peter Ziereisen (Howard Ripley) talks about the rise of Gutedel, Syrah and Pinot Noir in Baden.
3) 16.00 – 16.45 Biodynamic wine in Wales – If you can do it here you can do it anywhere.
Ancre Hill Wines (Carte Blanche Wines) tell us what it’s like to be a trail blazer.
